Buffalo Bisons and Catholic Health are set to host a heartfelt 'Nurse Appreciation Night' at Sahlen Field on Tuesday, May 12, capping off National Nurses Week.
The Bisons take on the Worcester Red Sox at 6:05 p.m., with gates opening an hour prior for pre-game festivities.
Nurses and nursing students can enjoy up to four free tickets for themselves and their families by showing valid ID at the box office.
Special in-game recognitions and entertainment will spotlight the vital work of nurses, while Catholic Health offers resources throughout the concourse.
The evening also features the Bisons’ popular TWOsday promotion, including $2 Sahlen’s hot dogs for all attendees.

As Mother’s Day nears, the St. Gianna Molla Pregnancy Outreach Center in Buffalo is shining a light on the importance of community support for families experiencing new parenthood.
Since 2011, this center has offered expecting mothers and young families vital items such as clothing, diapers, car seats, and safe cribs, alongside heartfelt emotional support.
Operated by Our Lady of Victory Charities, the outreach now extends to eight communities across Western New York, ensuring local parents never feel alone during challenging times.
